Wonderful ability to renumber ordered lists in Cherry Tree.

However, if I have a complex list, eg:

    1) Master List
      1- 1st sub list
        1> 1st further sub list
2> again, still 1st further sub list
      2- 2nd sub list
        1> 2nd further sub list
2> again, 2nd further sub list
      3- 3rd sub list
    2) 2nd Master List

and I add another number between 1> and 2> in the 1st sub list, all the numbers in the second sub list become reordered.

    eg:

    1) Master List
      1- 1st sub list
        1> 1st further sub list
        2> new inserted sub list
3> again, still 1st further sub list
      2- 2nd sub list
        4> 2nd further sub list
5> again, 2nd further sub list
      3- 3rd sub list
    2) 2nd Master List

you can see that the 2nd sub list gets reordered improperly.

Is there a way to limit this to the inside of the enclosing list?

@m a r; If you separate the sub lists with a carriage return, the reordering will affect only the section you’re working in.
